What You'll Do as Our Head Chef

As the Head Chef, you’ll be the driving force behind our kitchen operations and culinary offerings. Here's what you can expect in this role:

Menu Development: Craft and refine a menu that reflects our community-focused ethos while delighting our guests.
Kitchen Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations and a collaborative work environment.
Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate.
Inventory Management: Manage ordering and inventory to maintain stock levels while minimizing waste.
Health & Safety Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation in the kitchen.
Collaboration: Work closely with management to align the kitchen’s operations with the cafe’s overall goals.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a Head Chef who brings skill, dedication, and a love for food to our team. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

3+ years of professional culinary experience, with a proven track record in leading a kitchen team.
Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate staff.
A creative mindset with the ability to design menus that excite and inspire.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
A deep understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
