Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Professional to join our team! This vital role ensures the smooth operation of daily office functions, providing exceptional administrative support and customer service. As an Office Professional, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage essential clerical tasks, and coordinate office activities with efficiency and enthusiasm. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant workplace where your organizational skills and positive attitude will make a real difference.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, maintaining professional front desk etiquette at all times
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously
Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and meeting coordination
Monitor facility access, weight trucks, track vendors that are on site and issue passes while giving directions (if necessary).
Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace tools
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Demonstrated experience in office management or administrative support roles
Exceptional phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and customer inquiries
Accurate typing skills combined with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
Knowledge of office equipment operation such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
Experience in clerical functions like filing, record keeping, and calendar management
Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus but not required
