You do not need mortgage experience for this role. We can teach the industry. What we can’t teach is someone who naturally connects with people, thinks quickly, takes initiative, and genuinely cares about creating a great client experience.

This is an entry-level position with hands-on mentorship and a clear growth path. The right person could advance into a higher-level role within 6 months.

Hours are M-F from 8:30 am-5:30 pm in our Grayslake Office.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing

Communicating with leads, clients, and real estate agents
Helping manage the loan process from application to closing
Following up with prospective clients
Assisting with scheduling, updates, and client communication
Learning how top-producing mortgage teams operate
Delivering a high-level customer experience every step of the way
