Touching Hearts at HomeIs seeking compassionate and reliable in-home caregivers to provide non-medical support to clients in the comfort of their homes. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others maintain independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Each home has different needs. Please follow care plans to make sure proper care is being given.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Help with mobility and transfers as needed
- Run errands and provide transportation (if applicable)
- Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior
Schedule:
We try our best to work with everyone’s schedule. Let us know what you can work and we will do our best to give you the desired hours.
- Flexible hours based on availability. Lets talk and see what we can do to help you get hours and get our clients the Best care possible.
- Daytime, afternoons, and overnight shifts available
- Current overnights are 11p-7am Monday - Friday then 11p-6am sat and sun. Resting Overnights.
- Part-time and full-time opportunities : We have shifts open from 9a-11am m-f, 1p-5p m,w,f. 9a -11a in Larned M, and Thurs. 9am-11am m-f and in ellinwood 10 am-2pm m-f and many more. . we are always getting new referrals.

Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required. We will train you.
- Compassionate, patience, and dependability
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- Able to work Independently and see tasks that need to be done without the client having to say anything.
- Reliable transportation and a Valid Drivers License and Insurance ( able to provide proof of license and ins.)
- Background check required
- Recent T.B. and Wellness Exams ( we provide these if needed )

Pay: $12.50 - $16.00 per hour
