We’re hiring a Production Technician to join our Warehouse / Bindery Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who likes working with their hands, learning machines, and being part of a production environment where quality and teamwork matter.

You’ll be working in a clean, organized, team-focused environment, not a chaotic warehouse.
What You’ll Do
As a Production Technician, you’ll support bindery and finishing operations and help jobs move smoothly through production:
- Review job tickets and prepare projects for production
- Operate and assist with bindery and finishing equipment
- Run, adjust, and troubleshoot machines to meet quality standards
- Perform in-process quality checks
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and efficient
- Work closely with teammates to stay on schedule
- Cross-train in multiple production areas to grow your skills
No prior printing experience required, we provide paid, on-the-job training.

Pay, Schedule:
- Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts
- Location: On-site in Great Falls, MT
