Job Summary
At Great Falls Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, we’re passionate about creating a warm and welcoming environment for our patients. Our team is friendly, professional, and dedicated to providing excellent dental care—and we’re looking for someone just as enthusiastic to join us at the front desk! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice by providing exceptional support at the front desk and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Duties

Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and answering phone calls.
Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring all information is filed correctly in compliance with practice standards.
Handle collections and follow up on outstanding accounts as needed.
Utilize office management software such as Dentrix to manage patient information and streamline office processes.
Ensure the dental office is organized and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Collaborate with dental staff to provide excellent patient care and support during procedures.

Experience

Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Hard working, positive, reliable, and self-motivated.
