FR Clothing & Supply is looking for an Embroidery & Heat Press Operator to help turn ordinary clothing into custom gear our customers are excited to wear.
You’ll operate embroidery machines and heat presses, work with company logos and custom designs, and make sure every finished item meets our quality standards. Some days will be smooth sailing. Other days, a machine, garment, or design may decide not to cooperate. We need someone who stays calm, solves the problem, and keeps production moving.
Experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, curious, detail-oriented, and ready to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Operate commercial embroidery machines and heat press equipment.
- Customize shirts, jackets, hats, bags, safety apparel, and other products.
- Review work orders, artwork, placement instructions, and thread colors.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Catch small mistakes before they become expensive ones.
- Troubleshoot basic production and equipment issues.
- Keep your work area, tools, and supplies clean and organized.
- Work with the customization team to meet production deadlines.
- Help improve the processes we use as the department continues to grow.

Previous embroidery, heat press, screen-printing, sewing, manufacturing, production, or apparel experience is a plus. However, character, dependability, and attention to detail matter just as much to us.
