About This Opportunity
We run a nationwide Medicare field operation with active retail booth locations, community enrollment programs, and a multi-carrier portfolio. We are bringing on agents ahead of AEP and are open to three types of candidates. First, experienced Medicare agents who want a better setup. If you are producing but dealing with weak support, carrier access issues, or leadership that disappears after contracting, we are worth a conversation. Second, licensed Health and Life agents who are new to Medicare. If you hold a 2-15 or 2-40 and have been thinking about getting into this market, we will train you, get you contracted, and have you ready to write before AEP starts. Third, independent agents currently working in another vertical. If you are active in life, health, P&C, or employee benefits and have clients who are Medicare-eligible, you are likely leaving money on the table every year. Medicare pays lifetime renewals, and adding it to your existing book does not require walking away from what you already do.
What We Bring to the Table
We have established retail booth locations at Walmart and Sam's Club where our agents work face to face with seniors. No cold calling, no chasing leads. You show up, you work the floor, you build relationships. Our carrier portfolio covers Medicare Advantage, Supplement, PDP, and ancillary products across multiple carriers. You will have real options to put in front of clients and you will never be forced into pushing one plan. For agents new to Medicare, we provide actual field training from people who are actively writing business. You will learn how to run appointments, present plans, and build a referral base. We also walk you through AHIP and carrier certification so you are not figuring that out on your own. Producing agents have access to marketing reimbursement opportunities. We also have a community-based growth strategy built around local events, senior living partnerships, and referral relationships. If you want to build a real book of business and not just chase AEP every year, this is the model for it. Leadership is accessible. If you have a question or a problem, you will get a real answer from someone who has actually been in the field.

Compensation
Commissions are paid at street level directly by the carriers. There is no middleman between you and your pay. Medicare also pays lifetime renewals, meaning every client you enroll continues to generate income year after year as long as they stay on the plan. The book you build this AEP will still be paying you five years from now. We also offer production incentives and marketing reimbursement opportunities for agents who are actively producing.
Why the Timing Matters
AEP opens October 15 and runs through December 7, but there is a carrier blackout period before it starts that prevents agents from writing business if they are not already contracted and certified. Contracting takes time. AHIP takes time. Carrier appointments take time. Agents who wait until September to get started do not make it to the floor ready. We are onboarding now so that every agent we bring on is fully operational before the season opens.
We are not looking to fill a roster. We are looking for the right people who are ready to build something that lasts.
