Accounting & Office Specialist

Location: Keenesburg, CO (Remote to Start | Hybrid Long-Term)

We're partnering with a growing construction and development company launching a brand-new operation in Colorado. This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level, work directly with company leadership, and help build the accounting, payroll, and HR processes that will support the business for years to come.

Compensation & Benefits

$65,000–$75,000 base salary
Annual performance bonus
Medical, dental, and vision insurance (85% employer paid)
401(k) with immediate 4% company match
Company-paid life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance
Remote to start with a long-term hybrid schedule (2–3 days/week)

Job Responsibilities

Support day-to-day accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting
Process payroll and assist with benefits administration
Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and other HR activities
Partner closely with the CFO on accounting and operational projects
Help develop and improve internal processes as the company continues to grow
Assist with administrative and special projects as needed

What We're Looking For

Experience supporting accounting, payroll, and HR functions in a small or growing organization
Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities
ERP experience is preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter who enjoys building processes and working in a startup-style environment
