Pharmacist Clinical Inpatient
Location: UCHealth Greeley Hospital, Greeley CO

Work Schedule: Full Time, 64.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Flex
Pay: $59.80 - $83.72 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

This is a regional float pharmacist position based out of Greeley Hospital and will also cover shifts at Medical Center of the Rockies (Loveland) and Poudre Valley Hospital (Fort Collins).
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
CO State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification and/or relevant licensure/certification as determined at position level.

Clinical Pharmacist:

Ensure medications are prescribed, accurately dispensed, and administered according to best practices

Provide drug information and counseling to patients and caregivers regarding medication use, accurate dosage, potential side effects, and administration instructions

Stay current with updated medication formularies, new drug therapies, treatment protocols, and emerging medical research through continuous professional development and clinical education
- Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate collaborative care to ensure optimal outcomes
