Part-Time Data Entry & Accounting Internship

DigiCOPY | Green Bay | Flexible Hours

DigiCOPY, a 100% employee-owned printing company, is looking for a Data Entry & Accounting Intern to join our team.

Whether you're a college student pursuing accounting or a detail-oriented person seeking flexible part-time hours, this position offers hands-on experience with invoicing, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and general business operations.

This is a varied position that combines data entry and accounting work with general work around the store. Approximately half of your time will be spent on accounting-related tasks, while the other half may involve helping with deliveries, assembly work, customer service, or other projects around the business. The exact mix will vary from week to week based on our workload and current needs.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable working at a desk one day and jumping in to help with something completely different the next. As a local, small business, every team member plays an important role in our success.

What You'll Do

As our Data Entry & Accounting Intern, your responsibilities may include:

Creating and sending customer invoices
Recording customer payments and receipts
Assisting with bookkeeping and accounts receivable
Reviewing and organizing order details and documentation
Assisting with other accounting-related projects
Helping with local deliveries and other general store tasks
Assisting with assembly, mailing, customer service, or other projects as needed
Pitching in wherever needed to help keep the business running smoothly

The specific mix of responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of the business. We're looking for someone who is flexible, patient, detail-oriented, and willing to take on whatever task is needed.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has:

A background in accounting, bookkeeping, data entry/management, or a related field through schooling, work experience, or equivalent training
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Patience and the ability to stay focused when working through detailed or repetitive tasks
A positive attitude, an eagerness to learn, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
The ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision
Good judgment and the ability to recognize when something doesn't look right or needs further attention

Schedule & Hours

Minimum of 8 hours per week; exact schedule and number of hours are flexible based on applicant availability and business needs
On-site position at our Green Bay location
Initial three-month internship with the opportunity to continue based on performance and business needs

Pay

$16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience
