Job Specifics

Location: Green Bay Area Clinics including Ashwaubenon, Bellevue and Howard
Hours: Minimum of 4-8 hours/week
FTE Status: 0.1, Casual Part-Time
Work Schedule: Working as needed, and within the hours of operations of the clinics; 6:00am - 6:00pm

Job Description:

Responsible for patient care under the direct supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
Responsible for the timely, complete, and accurate scheduling of patients while meeting payor requirements.
Manages telephone calls and appropriately communicates information with patients, physicians, and/or staff.

Qualifications:

High school diploma and additional post-secondary classes in medical insurance, medical terminology, and health care business preferred.
Hospital or clinic admitting experience utilizing computer/keyboarding skills, medical terminology, health insurance processing, excellent customer service skills, and decision-making skills preferred.
One year of experience in direct patient care in orthopedics preferred.
