Overview:

Line Cook Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, motivated Line Cook to join our growing food and beverage team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with a company that is expanding and committed to promoting from within.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
Set up, stock, and maintain kitchen stations
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Assist with prep work, opening, closing, and side duties
Work well with kitchen staff, servers, and management
Take direction, learn new skills, and meet industry standards

Qualifications

Kitchen experience preferred, but not required
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Willing to learn and accept coaching
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Food handler’s card or willingness to obtain one
