Position Overview: A Leasing Agent plays a crucial role in the real estate industry by facilitating the rental process for residential or commercial properties. Leasing Agents are responsible for creating a positive experience for both property staff and tenants while effectively marketing and managing properties to ensure maximum occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
Advertise available properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, signage, and networking.
Prepare visually appealing property listings with accurate descriptions and high-quality photographs.
Showcase properties to prospective tenants during property tours, highlighting key features and benefits.

Tenant Interaction and Communication: Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, or in-person visits.
