Service Partner/Field Operations Supervisor

The Opportunity
The Field Operations Supervisor serves as the bridge and primary point of contact between Earth Development and our contracted snow, ice, lawn, and landscape Service Partners. You will ensure that Service Partners understand and meet client expectations, Earth Development policies, contractual requirements, and quality standards. You will also develop strong, productive relationships that help our Service Partners succeed.
This home-based field position offers meaningful autonomy and flexibility to a proven performer. Success requires frequent travel throughout the assigned territory, independent decision-making, clear communication, strong follow-through, and availability during winter weather events.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Service Partners, serving as their primary field contact.
- Meet and communicate regularly with Service Partners to confirm service alignment, readiness, and satisfaction with Earth Development.
- Conduct commercial property inspections and evaluate workmanship, timeliness, safety, and compliance with client requirements.
- Identify service deficiencies, communicate expectations respectfully and directly, and ensure corrective action is completed promptly.
- Support winter-event operations by monitoring field conditions, coordinating Service Partner response, and escalating risks or service concerns.
- Prepare and organize site maps, scopes of work, service instructions, and other operational information needed for successful service delivery.
- Lead or assist with preseason planning, property walks, equipment and staffing verification, and storm-readiness reviews.
- Document site conditions, service performance, property damage, customer concerns, and follow-up actions accurately and promptly.
- Represent Service Partner needs and field conditions in internal Earth Development meetings, while clearly communicating company and client expectations back to Service Partners.
- Ensure Service Partner agreements, insurance documentation, and other required records remain current and aligned with business needs.
- Recruit, evaluate, onboard, coach, and retain qualified Service Partners within the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate information and activity records in Earth Development's CRM and operational systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum experience: At least five (5) years of professional experience in both commercial snow and ice management and lawn/landscape maintenance. This requirement is mandatory.
- Operational leadership: Demonstrated experience overseeing field operations, crews, subcontractors, or service partners and holding them accountable for results.
- Industry knowledge: Working knowledge of commercial snow and ice equipment, materials, site planning, service timing, documentation, and quality-control practices.
- Landscape knowledge: Working knowledge of commercial lawn and landscape maintenance standards, equipment, seasonal services, and quality expectations.
- Communication: Strong verbal, written, and descriptive communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear direction and constructive feedback.
- Execution: A track record of setting priorities, meeting goals and deadlines, solving field-level problems, and following through.
- Technology: Proficiency with cloud-based email, CRM systems, and Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Transportation: A valid driver's license is required.
- Travel and availability: Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory and occasionally to Earth Development's corporate office in Green Bay.
- Winter operations: Availability during snow and ice events, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays when operationally necessary.
- Field conditions: Ability to work outdoors and safely inspect commercial properties during winter weather and other challenging conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing subcontracted snow, lawn, or landscape service providers across multiple commercial properties.
- Experience serving multi-location commercial clients.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

What You'll Receive
Annual salary of $60,000-$75,000, dependent on experience.

Work Location
Home-based field position requiring frequent travel throughout the assigned territory and occasional travel to Earth Development's corporate office in Green Bay. This is not a fully desk-based remote position.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
