Experience Required

How you will serve us...
- Aid in designing and building beautiful outdoor living spaces for our clients including but not limited to; Goshen stone and paver patios, Goshen stone and paver walkways, pergolas, retaining walls, planting trees and shrubs, Boulder placement, plant bed renovations, landscape maintenance and more.
- Bring suggestions for improvement to every weekly meeting.
- Communicate with our clients regularly, and constantly “check-in” with them ensuring that our service is exceeding their expectations.
- Operate trucks, trailers, excavators, skid steers, demo saws, and all other hand and power tools sufficiently and according to our safety guidelines.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Crew Leader, Landscape to spearhead outdoor projects and lead our talented landscaping teams. In this energetic role, you will oversee the execution of landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, and groundskeeping tasks, ensuring high-quality results that enhance our clients’ outdoor spaces. Your leadership will drive team performance, promote safety, and uphold the company’s standards of excellence across diverse construction projects. Duties
- Lead and supervise landscaping crews on daily operations, ensuring tasks such as lawn care, planting, pruning, irrigation management, and hardscape installation are completed efficiently and to specifications
- Coordinate project schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet deadlines while maintaining safety standards
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment including mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems, and hardscape tools with proficiency and care
- Identify plants, trees, shrubs, and other landscape features to ensure proper care and maintenance
- Manage irrigation systems—installing, repairing, adjusting watering schedules—and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Oversee the operation of company vehicles and equipment in compliance with safety protocols
- Ensure all outdoor work complies with environmental regulations and company policies; promote best practices in grounds maintenance and landscaping techniques
- Mentor team members by providing guidance on landscaping techniques, plant identification, horticulture practices, and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met or exceeded
Experience
- Proven supervising or crew management experience within landscaping or grounds maintenance environments
- Extensive outdoor work experience with a focus on lawn care, landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, and tree care
- Strong knowledge of horticulture principles including plant identification and gardening best practices
- Skilled in operating grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems, and landscaping tools
- Construction experience related to projects is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams effectively in outdoor settings
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely; certification in irrigation management or landscape construction is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards
