Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and specialized lab tests and analyses using advanced medical equipment.
Collect, process, and accurately log biological samples.
Execute phlebotomy procedures with confidence and compassion.
Administer peripheral IV therapy and infusions, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Accurately document and report lab results using EMR and lab management software.
Conduct equipment calibrations and perform routine quality control checks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant lab environment.
Collaborate with clinical teams to support optimal patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree in a science or healthcare field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in a clinical lab setting required.
Phlebotomy certification strongly preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
Physically able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift lab equipment or supplies.
