```Duties```
We are seeking a Front Office Schedule Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Register new patients and update existing patient information in the electronic medical records system (Epic, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix)
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
- Collect co-pays and process insurance information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with medical records management, including filing, scanning, and retrieving documents
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient workflow

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Previous experience working at the front desk of a medical office or similar setting
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, or Dentrix
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
