Are you a college student, teacher, retiree, or someone looking to earn extra income with a flexible schedule? Nanny By Design is seeking reliable, experienced caregivers to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis.
Our caregivers provide childcare for multiple families, special events, and group care settings, including churches and community organizations throughout the Triad area.
Available Positions
Part-Time Nanny/Babysitter
- Provide care for multiple families on an as-needed basis
- Assist with childcare at special events and group care programs
- Enjoy the flexibility of choosing shifts that fit your schedule
Back-Up Care Nanny
- Provide temporary childcare for families when their regular childcare arrangements are unavailable
- Must be comfortable accepting assignments on short notice
- Must be willing to travel to surrounding cities within the Triad
- Shifts are typically 8–12 hours and primarily occur on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Position Details
- Pay: $15.00 per hour
- Hours: Approximately 10–30 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling
- Choose shifts based on your availability
- Minimum commitment of 4 shifts per month
- Must be willing to travel throughout the Triad area
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience
- Ability to provide 3 childcare-related references
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to travel throughout the Triad region
