Full Job Description

Nextera is expanding its telecommunications sales team and hiring a full-time Entry Level Account Manager to support our fiber campaign. This is an in-person sales position focused on customer acquisition, account enrollment, and helping customers select internet services that fit their household needs.

As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will meet directly with customers, introduce fiber internet services, explain available plans and promotions, answer questions, and guide interested customers through the sales and account setup process. You will also receive hands-on training in customer service, telecommunications sales, account management, and leadership development.

Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:

Speak directly with customers about fiber internet services
Present available internet plans, pricing, promotions, and service features
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate fiber internet options
Guide customers through the complete sales and enrollment process
Assist with new account setup, service upgrades, and account activations
Answer customer questions and provide professional sales support
Maintain accurate customer records, completed sales, and account information
Follow up with customers when additional account assistance is needed
Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer acquisition goals
Participate in product training, sales coaching, and performance meetings
Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and reliable service
Develop leadership and account management skills as performance grows

What Makes You a Strong Entry Level Account Manager:

Interested in building experience in sales, customer service, and telecommunications
Comfortable speaking with customers and leading in-person sales conversations
Able to identify customer needs and recommend suitable service options
Motivated by sales goals, performance targets, and advancement opportunities
Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
Organized and able to manage customer enrollments, sales records, and follow-ups
Reliable, coachable, and willing to learn new sales techniques
Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, promotions, or account management is helpful but not required
Ready to grow into leadership, training, and account management responsibilities

This is a full-time, in-person sales position. It is not a remote or call-center role.

Pay: $62,178.70 - $74,881.87 per year
