Line Cook

Our Line Cooks are responsible for executing menu items with consistency, precision, and urgency while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Successful candidates thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in delivering exceptional food every shift.

Responsibilities

Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Communicate effectively with chefs and teammates during service
Assist with opening, closing, and daily kitchen responsibilities
Maintain quality and consistency during high-volume service

Prep Cook

Prep Cooks are essential to our kitchen's success by ensuring ingredients are prepared accurately and stations are fully stocked before service begins.

Responsibilities

Prepare vegetables, proteins, sauces, and other menu ingredients
Follow recipes, portioning, and quality standards
Label, date, rotate, and store products properly
Keep prep areas clean, organized, and sanitized
Assist with inventory, stocking, and kitchen setup
Support the culinary team throughout the shift

Dishwasher

Dishwashers play a vital role in keeping our kitchen operating efficiently by maintaining clean dishes, cookware, equipment, and work areas.

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness throughout the dish area and kitchen
Remove trash and recycling as needed
Keep floors, sinks, and work areas clean and safe
Assist the kitchen team with general cleaning and support tasks

Oyster Shucker (Experience Required)

We're seeking experienced Oyster Shuckers who are passionate about seafood and take pride in speed, precision, and presentation. This is a specialized position requiring previous oyster shucking experience in a restaurant, seafood market, or raw bar environment.

Responsibilities

Professionally shuck oysters with speed, accuracy, and consistency
Inspect oysters to ensure freshness and quality
Maintain an organized, clean, and food-safe raw bar station
Properly store and handle seafood according to health regulations
Work efficiently during high-volume service without sacrificing quality
Coordinate with chefs and front-of-house staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience

Qualifications

Previous oyster shucking experience is required
Strong knife skills and seafood handling knowledge
Ability to maintain consistency under pressure
Excellent attention to cleanliness and presentation
