Home Instead of Greensboro is looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as a client concierge. First impressions matter, and in the home care business they can be the difference between a positive and a negative experience. As a client concierge, you are directly responsible for introducing new care professionals to our seniors and their families. These introductions involve ensuring that the care professional has a clear understanding of the situation and that the senior and their family has complete confidence in our ability to provide exemplary care. Willing and able to assist when needed in a clients home to prevent any gap in service. As a client concierge, you are a brand ambassador and may wear many hats for Home Instead and help to embody the five-star service for which we have become synonymous over the last twenty years.

The Lead Care Professional Concierge is responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality client support within a home healthcare setting. This role ensures every client receives timely, accurate, and consistent care by serving as the primary point of contact for scheduling, care coordination, and service follow-through. The Lead Care Professional Concierge must have previous PCA or CNA experience and demonstrate a strong commitment to detail, organization, and compliant care delivery. Additionally, this position is directly responsible for personally introducing new Care Professionals to our seniors and their families, ensuring a smooth, confident, and reassuring start to services.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Coordination & Support

Serve as the dedicated concierge for clients, responding promptly to service needs and care requests.
Conduct initial and ongoing client check-ins to monitor satisfaction, care needs, and service quality.
Maintain accurate client records, schedules, and documentation in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Personally introduce all new Care Professionals to our seniors and their families, providing a warm, professional, and informative transition into the home.

Care Team Collaboration

Work closely with caregivers, ensuring they receive clear, complete, and timely information for each assignment.
Provide support and guidance to care staff based on your PCA/CNA experience, reinforcing best practices and safe care procedures.
Update the care team on any changes to care plans, schedules, or client preferences.
Facilitate introductions and ensure new Care Professionals understand client-specific needs and expectations during initial visits.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure services are delivered in alignment with established care plans and company protocols.
Track and report any concerns related to client safety, care consistency, or caregiver performance.
Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and documentation verification tasks as required.

Operational Efficiency

Maintain organized workflows, checklists, and follow-up systems to ensure timely completion of all administrative and client-related tasks.
Assist with onboarding new caregivers by providing task-level orientation to client-specific care expectations.
Provide on-call support to caregivers and fill open shifts when required.

Qualifications

Required: Valid PCA or CNA certification with hands-on care experience.
Minimum 2–3 years in home healthcare, care coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise, and consistent information.
Skilled in using scheduling systems, EMR platforms, and digital documentation tools.
Ability to remain dependable, steady, and detail-focused in a fast-paced environment.
