Full Job Description

What You'll Own

As Center Manager, you are accountable for the overall performance of your center. You'll:

Lead the team — set clear expectations, coach consistently, recognize great performance, and create accountability when expectations aren't met.
Build a thriving culture — create an environment where high standards, trust, teamwork, recognition, and accountability coexist.
Drive business performance — understand your KPIs, identify performance gaps, and turn goals into daily actions that improve results.
Develop talent — coach associates to improve their skills, confidence, productivity, and performance.
Build and retain a strong team — recruit, select, onboard, develop, and retain the talent your center needs to succeed.
Deliver an exceptional guest experience — create consistency in service, hospitality, guest recovery, and retention.
Own the operation — oversee staffing, scheduling, labor, center standards, operational execution, and day-to-day problem solving.

You'll be the leader, coach, problem solver, and performance driver for your center.

You May Be a Great Fit If...

You have 2+ years of successful people-management experience with direct responsibility for employee performance, coaching, and accountability.
You've led a team—not simply supervised shifts.
You're comfortable having difficult performance and accountability conversations.
You enjoy using goals, KPIs, and business results to determine where your team needs coaching.
You have experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and/or developing employees.
You know how to create a great employee experience while maintaining high performance expectations.
You're comfortable being highly visible and engaged with your team rather than managing from an office.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
You take ownership when results aren't where they need to be.

Experience managing teams in retail, hospitality, beauty, wellness, fitness, salon/spa, or another service-based business is strongly preferred.

This Role May Not Be the Right Fit If...

This probably isn't the right role if you're looking primarily for an administrative management position, prefer to avoid difficult performance conversations, or don't enjoy being accountable for measurable sales, people, and business results.

Our Center Managers are hands-on leaders who coach, develop, problem-solve, and lead their teams every day.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Annual Compensation Opportunity: $50,000–$65,000+

Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Full-time position. Up to 45 hours per week.
