Full Job Description

Progressive Property Investments, LLC, a family-owned and operated, rapidly growing property management company based in Greensburg, is seeking an organized, personable, and proactive Office Manager to support our operations team and serve as a key point of contact for our residents.

Position Type & Compensation

This is a W-2, hourly, non-exempt position.
Pay rate: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.
As this is a part-time position, benefits are not offered.

Work Schedule

Approximately 24 hours per week.
Hours will typically fall between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, flexibly distributed throughout the week based on operational needs and candidate availability.
Operational needs may require work to be completed in the early morning, evenings, and/or weekends, with consideration given to the work/life balance of the staff.
Remote work may be available depending on how the candidate structures their hours — for example, three 8-hour days versus five ~5-hour days — subject to approval by the Operations Manager.
Schedule to be coordinated with the Operations Manager.

Equipment & Reimbursements

Cell phone usage will be reimbursed at a monthly rate of $40 per month.
The company will provide a laptop and any required office supplies needed to perform daily tasks at a high level.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant engagement and resident relations
Process lease renewals, including communication with residents and coordination of required paperwork
Schedule and track maintenance requests, coordinating between residents and maintenance staff
Schedule and communicate with local government agencies regarding required inspections
Assist with the delinquency and eviction process, including documentation and coordination with relevant parties
Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Skills

Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication
Strong written and oral communication skills
Organization, attention to detail, and timeliness
Comfort navigating property management and office software systems
Ability to handle sensitive tenant matters (delinquency, eviction) with professionalism and discretion

Education and Experience

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior experience in property management, customer service, or administrative support preferred
Experience with lease administration, tenant relations, or related scheduling/coordination work a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
