Ready to step into a high-impact leadership role where you can shape programs, lead teams, and drive real results? Merakey is looking for a Senior Director of Education to oversee multiple school-based programs across Pennsylvania.

Senior Director of Education - Pennsylvania

Salary: Up to $90,000

Lead. Grow. Make an Impact.

What You'll Do:

Lead operations across multiple education centers
Manage budgets, P&L, and staffing
Drive performance, quality, and program growth
Coach and develop leadership teams
Ensure compliance with state and regulatory standards
Build strong community and stakeholder partnerships

What You Bring:

Leadership experience in education, special education, or behavioral health
Experience managing multi-site programs and budgets
Strong background in team leadership, operations, and program development

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Master's Degree required
Special Education Experience required
Displays a clear understanding of the industry and makes data-driven decisions to optimize and improve service delivery.
Experience in proposal writing, budget management, and contract compliance.
Experience in building and sustaining collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations and funders.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
Experience with expanding and cultivating thought leaders and using market intelligence to inform strategy.
Ability to navigate organizational change, lead change initiatives, and engage staff in the change process to promote buy-in, resilience, and adaptability in response to internal and external changes.
