Full Job Description

Experienced Forklift Operator Wanted

Phoenix Building Solutions is looking for an experienced, professional Forklift Operator to join our team. This is not an entry-level warehouse position. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands precision equipment operation, and values safety above all else.

Our forklift operators handle the movement of completed homes and materials in a manufacturing environment where skill, judgment, and attention to detail are critical. Every move matters.

Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts in a manufacturing environment.
Move homes, materials, and components with precision and care.
Perform delicate maneuvering in tight spaces while protecting people, equipment, and finished products.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Assist with warehouse organization and material handling.
Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance of forklifts.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all forklifts and work areas.
Work closely with production and management to keep operations running efficiently.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of forklift operating experience required.
Proven ability to operate forklifts with exceptional precision and confidence.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and dependability.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify maintenance needs.
Commitment to safety, professionalism, and teamwork.

Hiring Requirements

This position is reserved for experienced operators only.

A hands-on forklift skills demonstration will be required before employment.
Applicants must demonstrate the experience and judgment necessary to safely perform the job.
