Full Job Description

Position Summary
The Data Analyst supports the HEAR (Healing, Equity, Advocacy, and Respect) for Mamas& Babies (H4MAB) initiative/Maternal Health Innovation Program through the collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of program and clinical data. This position collaborates with clinical, operational, information services, and research partners to ensure accurate and timely data collection, reporting, and evaluation activities that support program implementation, quality improvement, and grant requirements.

The Data Analyst serves as the primary site-level resource for monitoring data integrity, supporting evaluation efforts, and facilitating data exchange between ECU Health, program partners, and the Technical Assistance Center (TAC). This role assists with maintaining reporting infrastructure, monitoring program metrics, and ensuring compliance with data management standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Public Health, Health Information Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field required.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare data analytics, reporting, quality improvement, clinical informatics, or related field.

Experience working with electronic health records (Epic preferred) and healthcare reporting systems.

Experience with REDCap, SQL, reporting tools, data visualization platforms, or similar analytic software.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

$59446.40 - $86646.56
