Upstate Hearing Aid Center is a leading healthcare provider located in Greenville, SC dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare services. We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Associate to join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our reach within the community.

Job Overview: As the Marketing and Community Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our presence in the Greenville healthcare landscape. This role involves building relationships with physician offices, engaging in community events, and effectively promoting our services to attract new patients. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for healthcare sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Physician Outreach:

● Establish and maintain relationships with local physicians and medical offices to increase referrals.

● Conduct regular visits to physician offices, providing information about our services and fostering collaboration.

Community Engagement:

● Plan and participate in marketing events, health fairs, and community gatherings to promote our healthcare services.

● Deliver talks and presentations at churches and other community organizations to raise awareness about our offerings.

Networking:

● Attend relevant industry events and conferences to network with potential partners and generate leads.

● Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare community.

Scheduling and Logistics:

● Work closely with the owners to map out the city for effective outreach strategies.

● Coordinate schedules for visits to physician offices, marketing events, and community engagements.

● Assist in organizing lunches for our providers and facilitate meetings to enhance collaboration.

Data Analysis:

● Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies, using data to make informed decisions.

● Provide regular reports on the success of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.

Miscellaneous

● Assist with payroll

● Assist with screening calls from Weave and analyzing the calls

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● Proven experience in healthcare marketing or a similar role.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

● Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

● Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape in the Greenville area is a plus.
