We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef/Food Coordinator to join our team. As a Chef/Food Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our establishment, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and managing all aspects of our kitchens. This is a role that requires strong culinary expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage a kitchen environment .

```Responsibilities```

- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards

- Help create and develop menus

- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

- Collaborate with other staff to ensure dietary needs and customer satisfaction

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

```Experience```

- Proven experience in restaurant management or culinary leadership roles

- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations

- Excellent culinary skills with the ability to create innovative and delicious foods

- Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
