A well-established, 40-year transportation company — known across the industry for its reputation and top-notch service — is looking for a Driver Recruiter who can own the full hiring process from first contact to first day. This isn't a desk job buried in paperwork. It's a fast-paced, people-first role where your hustle directly translates into your paycheck: full salary plus a bonus for every single driver you put in a truck.

If you love the chase, thrive on relationships, and know the trucking world inside and out, this is your seat.

What You'll Own:

Full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, screening, background checks, interviews, physicals, and references
Driving leads through cold calls, referrals, online platforms, and job fairs
Representing the company at recruiting events and community fairs
Keeping driver count on target for the location's needs
Weekly reporting and driver retention support
90-day check-ins with every new hire to make sure they stick

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED
A background in sales, recruiting, or trucking/transportation
People skills that close the deal
Working knowledge of DOT regulations and shipping requirements
Basic computer skills
