Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish)

Are you passionate about helping people find meaningful employment while building strong relationships with clients? We are looking for an energetic, driven, and bilingual recruiter to join our team!

As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for light industrial, manufacturing, clerical, and skilled trade positions. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively assist candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, and screen candidates for temporary and temp-to-hire positions.
Communicate professionally with candidates and clients in both English and Spanish.
Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Match candidates with open positions based on skills, experience, and client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, orientations, onboarding, drug screens, background checks, and employment documentation.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build and maintain relationships with employees and clients through regular communication.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements.
Assist with job fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives.
Meet recruiting goals while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication required).
Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
