Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent, where your energetic and welcoming attitude will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing outstanding customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a memorable stay for every guest, fostering loyalty and positive reviews. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide prompt, attentive assistance throughout their stay
Manage reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and issuing room keys
Address guest concerns or issues swiftly by applying customer service problem-solving techniques and hotel emergency procedures when necessary
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and complaints to enhance service quality
Support night audit operations by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse guests from around the world
Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems like OPERA or other property management systems (PMS)
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication
Knowledge of hotel management procedures, including hotel emergency protocols and night audit processes
Excellent phone etiquette and phone communication skills to handle inquiries professionally
Ability to solve customer service problems quickly while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
