Job Summary
At Flatlands Insurance Group, the Director of First Impressions is more than a front desk role. This position serves as the welcoming face and voice of our Greenville office. You will be the first interaction for many of our clients, carrier partners, and community members.
This role is ideal for an energetic, growth-oriented individual who wants to learn a professional industry from the ground up. You will gain hands-on exposure to operations, client service, technology systems, and professional communication in a growing, community-rooted organization.
Duties
- Answer and route inbound phone calls with professionalism and warmth
- Greet walk-in clients and create a welcoming office environment
- Accept and process client payments, typically over the phone
- Master our Agency Management System and internal workflows
- Help maintain a positive, organized, and upbeat workplace culture
- Support daily management and organization of the Greenville office location
- Observe and learn multiple divisions of the business to identify areas of interest for long-term growth
This position offers exposure to a wide range of insurance including Employee Benefits, Individual Benefits, Commercial Lines, Personal Lines and agriculture coverages.
