Machine Operator | CNC Laser Operations | Manufacturing | Metal Fabrication
Location: Williamston, NC
Schedule: First Shift | Monday-Thursday (4-Day Work Week)

Overview
TriEst Ag Group is hiring a CNC Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team at Metcore in Williamston, NC. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing or machine operator experience who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality parts, and values safety and teamwork. You'll operate CNC laser cutting equipment, read blueprints, inspect finished parts, and help keep production running efficiently in a clean manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment.
Read blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
Select and load the correct material for production.
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and gauges.
Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate production records.
Keep work areas, equipment, and tools clean and organized.
Follow company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

Previous experience operating CNC laser equipment or similar manufacturing machinery preferred.
Manufacturing, machine operator, or metal fabrication experience.
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
Basic computer skills.
High school diploma or GED.
CNC programming experience is a plus.
Vocational or technical training is a plus.

Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, including standing for extended periods, lifting materials as needed, and working in a manufacturing environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
