Job Overview

We are on the lookout for an energetic and detail-oriented Catering Supervisor to lead our catering team. In this role, you'll oversee the daily operations of catering services, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and exceeds guest expectations. Your leadership will help coordinate food preparation, manage staff, and maintain high standards of food safety and customer service. Responsibilities

Supervise food preparation and presentation for catering events, ensuring quality and consistency.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and efficient team.
Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste.
Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure personalized service delivery.
Maintain compliance with food safety standards and health regulations across all catering activities.
Assist in budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and cost control to maximize operational efficiency.

Skills

Proven experience in food service management, catering, or restaurant supervision.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management.
Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling.
Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management, training, and staff development.
Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis effectively.
Skilled in managing hospitality teams within casual dining or banquet environments.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
