Full Job Description

Job Summary

A well-established financial planning firm in Greenville, SC is seeking an Account Manager, Client Service Representative to provide exceptional client service, administrative support, and account maintenance support to advisors, paraplanners, and clients. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented financial services professional who enjoys building trusted client relationships, coordinating important account activity, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

The Account Manager will play a key role in ensuring clients receive accurate, timely, and professional service while supporting a team that values reliability, initiative, confidentiality, and a high standard of care.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling service calls, questions, account updates, and follow-up with professionalism and care.
Manage client account maintenance requests, including address changes, banking updates, beneficiary revisions, contributions, withdrawals, transfers, distributions, RMDs, and QCDs.
Prepare, submit, document, and track client paperwork and transactions from start to finish to ensure accurate and timely completion.
Support advisors and paraplanners by preparing meeting folders, financial materials, and client documentation for seamless meetings.
Maintain accurate client records, activity notes, household updates, and next steps within the firm’s CRM system.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance client satisfaction, and support team efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

Direct hire opportunity.
Salary range: $55,000 to $70,000 per year.
