Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Paralegal/Administrative Assistant to join our legal team. This role offers an opportunity to support a range of legal practices, including estate planning, small business, and real estate. The ideal candidate will be energized by a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality legal support. You will play a vital role in managing case files, drafting documents, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within our law office.

Duties

Prepare and review legal documents including contracts, estate planning document, and probate documents
Conduct client interviews and gather relevant information while maintaining confidentiality; communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and documentation needs.
Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and provide executive administrative support to attorney
Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones with professional etiquette, managing calendars, handling correspondence via email or mail, and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications

Proven paralegal experience or legal administrative support in a busy law office environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with document review and word processing skills.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally at all times.
Effective client communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette.
Experience supporting project management initiatives within a legal setting is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
