Sushi Kingdom is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers to join our growing team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant, providing outstanding hospitality, and earning great tips, we'd love to meet you.
As a Server, you'll create memorable dining experiences by delivering exceptional customer service, taking accurate orders, and ensuring every guest enjoys excellent food and attentive service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
- Promote appetizers, beverages, desserts, and daily specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to requests.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Reset tables and complete side work throughout each shift.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members to provide efficient service.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using a POS system.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred.
- Food Handler Certification (if required by state or local regulations).
