Full Job Description

Job Description – Accounts Receivable / Payables Administrator

As a member of Crown’s financial team, you will focus on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable as well as other responsibilities within the Accounting Department. Excellent salary, benefits, 401K; great career growth opportunity and work environment!

Responsibilities:

· Post/ apply cash receipts and maintain Accounts Receivable customer ledger.

· Process customer refunds.

· Follow-up on outstanding Accounts Receivable customer balances.

· Processes vendor invoices.

· Compose periodic reporting.

· Initiate projects to improve the Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable processes.

· Provide support for other accounting functions, as necessary.

· Other Ad hoc General Accounting projects as necessary.

Experience/ Requirements:

· 1+ years relevant experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable

· Degree in Business or Accounting preferable

· Excellent communication skills

· Desire for continued learning

· Detail oriented with ability to multitask

· Self-motivated; takes initiative

· Team-oriented; willingness to pitch in and help out

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
