Receptionist - Part Time - Denver, Colorado

Central Park Rehabilitation Hospital of Denver (Denver, CO) is a 40-bed, state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation facility located in the Denver metropolitan area. The hospital specializes in comprehensive, interdisciplinary care for patients recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, and other complex medical needs requiring intensive therapy. With advanced rehabilitation technology and a patient-centered care model, the facility partners closely with acute care hospitals to support safe transitions and optimal recovery outcomes. We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

One year of reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
Ability to work closely and professionally with others.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing hospital telecommunication services through the use of telephones, pagers, the paging system, radio, or computer to connect communication between visitors, callers, staff, patients, and patients' families. May maintain records related to telecommunications (e.g., long distance phone calls, on-call employees, pages). Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.

Posted Total Compensation : The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ Minimum Salary: USD $35,568.00/Yr. Maximum Salary: USD $62,283.00/Yr.
