Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager for our luxury import dealership in Greenville, SC. You will lead our sales team, drive high-end vehicle volume, and deliver a white-glove buying experience. Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing luxury inventory, and closing deals with premium clientele. Duties

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales goals for luxury passenger vehicles.
Develop strategic outbound and inbound sales initiatives, including cold calling, B2B outreach, and client engagement to expand the dealership’s customer base.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships through personalized service, effective communication, and expert product knowledge.
Conduct high-level negotiations utilizing advanced closing techniques to secure deals that benefit both the customer and the dealership.
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through deal closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients utilizing CRM software for tracking interactions.
Oversee inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels of high-end vehicles aligned with market demand.
Provide ongoing sales support by upselling additional automotive financing options, accessories, warranties, and service packages to maximize revenue.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of automotive financing options, dealership policies, and industry trends to advise clients effectively.
Organize public speaking engagements or presentations to promote new models or dealership offerings at industry events or community functions.
Ensure adherence to all retail math standards, organizational procedures, phone etiquette protocols, and customer relationship management best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive dealership sales management with a focus on luxury, high-end vehicles.
Strong background in retail car sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Exceptional negotiation skills .
Demonstrated expertise in CRM systems for managing client data, sales pipelines, and inventory control.
Skilled in upselling, deal closing, customer relationship building, and public speaking engagements.
Experience with automotive financing options and understanding of automotive industry regulations.
Organizational skills with proficiency in retail math and inventory management techniques.
Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
