Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Entry-Level Customer Service Sales Representative and ignite your career in sales and customer engagement! You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to build lasting relationships and drive growth through effective communication and proactive outreach. Responsibilities

Engage with potential and existing customers through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing efforts to promote products and services.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer records, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating agreements.
Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities through outbound calls and marketing campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members on technical sales processes involving technology products or services, ensuring clear communication of features and benefits.
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions within CRM systems to optimize future outreach efforts.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits and negotiate effectively.
Experience or interest in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing roles is advantageous.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage customer relationships.
Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales processes is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns with a focus on warm calling strategies.
Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment focused on business growth and development. Full Time - 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday 10AM - 7PM - some virtual mornings some in person

Internships are available for the summer and can transition to part time in the fall for rising Seniors

Compensation is $45000-$60000 with bonus and commissions - potential hiring earnings are available but that can be discussed in the interview process

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
