HoTrec LLC | Now Hiring for Multiple Hospitality Positions

Location: Beautiful Downtown Greenville Hotel

HoTrec LLC is currently hiring enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused hospitality professionals to join the Food & Beverage team at a beautiful hotel located in Downtown Greenville. We are seeking motivated individuals for a variety of front-of-house and back-of-house positions, including Servers, Server Assistants, Hosts/Hostesses, Food Runners, Bussers, Restaurant Cashiers, Banquet Servers, Banquet Setup Attendants, Cooks, Dishwashers, and other food and beverage support roles.

Whether you’re an experienced hospitality professional or looking to begin a rewarding career in hotel food service, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while creating exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service in a professional and friendly manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare, cook, and present food according to hotel and brand standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, bars, kitchens, banquet spaces, and workstations.
Set up and break down banquet events, meetings, and special functions.
Assist with food preparation, stocking, and replenishing supplies.
Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment while maintaining sanitation standards.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
Work collaboratively with team members to provide an outstanding guest experience.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support Food & Beverage operations.

Qualifications

Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for select positions.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout an entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable attendance and a positive, team-first attitude.
Weekend and holiday availability is required.
