Account Management Support Specialist – Customer Service with Career Growth

$17/hour + Performance Bonuses
No Insurance License Required
Opportunity to Move Into a Higher-Paying Licensed Account Management Role in Approximately 6 Months

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to join our Account Management team.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, likes staying busy, and wants to build a professional career in insurance.

You do not need previous insurance experience or an insurance license to start.

We will teach you our systems, our customers, and how a successful insurance office operates.

Your initial focus will be helping customers quickly and professionally while keeping calls and service requests moving efficiently.

For strong performers, this role can become a pathway into a higher-paying licensed Account Management position.

What You’ll Do

You will be one of the first people our customers interact with when they contact our office.

Typical responsibilities include:

Answer incoming customer calls
Greet customers professionally and determine what they need
Transfer customers efficiently to the appropriate team member
Assist with straightforward billing and account questions
Gather information before transferring more complex requests
Help customers understand basic account information
Document customer conversations accurately
Complete basic administrative tasks
Keep calls and customer requests moving throughout the day
Work closely with licensed Account Managers
Participate in coaching, training, team goals, and performance recognition

This is a high-volume customer service environment, so staying organized, positive, and efficient is important.

Compensation

$17/hour starting pay
Additional performance bonuses based on volume, quality, accuracy, and customer handling

Employees who perform well, provide excellent customer service, learn quickly, and consistently handle a high volume of work accurately may have the opportunity to begin working toward an insurance license after approximately six months.
