About the Company

We are a successful, multi-entity, multi-location company operating within the manufacturing industry. We operate a fast-paced, high-execution engine dedicated to expanding a diverse, high-velocity portfolio of consumer packaged goods (CPG).

As we execute a strategic pivot to scale our wholesale presence and launch disruptive new product lines, we are seeking a strategic Wholesale Sales Manager. This is a hybrid role based in the Portland, OR area designed for a leader who can balance high-level pipeline strategy and data analysis with targeted, impactful field execution to coach our team and secure key market relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the B2B Pipeline: Oversee the remote sales engine, tracking performance data, managing high-level account health, and identifying regional growth opportunities.
Targeted Field Leadership: While this is a hybrid role, you will selectively head into the field to manage relationships with our highest-value retail accounts and conduct strategic "ride-alongs" to coach, support, and audit our team of field reps.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to align your sales forecasting with manufacturing capacity and ensure flawless rollouts of new product lines.
Brand Activation Strategy: Ensure our field reps are equipped with the right data and tools to maximize visibility on shelves through tactical merchandising, shelf talkers, and point-of-purchase displays.
Reporting & Analysis: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date CRM pipeline, translating field insights from your team into actionable sales strategies for leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven Sales & Team Leadership: Minimum 2–3+ years of documented success in B2B sales management, fast-moving consumer goods, with experience managing or coaching field reps.
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in utilizing CRM data and sales metrics to drive territory strategy and forecast performance.
Professional Presence: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills suited for executive-level retail buyers.
Flexibility: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid home/office environment, with a clean driving record for scheduled field travel (high-value accounts and team ride-alongs).
