Director of Digital Marketing

As a multi-time Best of Omaha winner and Nebraska Dealer of the Year, we're constantly evolving—and we're looking for an experienced Director of Digital Marketing to help take our brand to the next level.

This is not a role for someone who simply manages vendors. We're looking for a strategic leader who can build and optimize digital marketing campaigns that directly drive sales, increase brand awareness, and maximize return on investment.

What You'll Do

As our Director of Digital Marketing, you'll oversee every aspect of our online marketing strategy while working directly with ownership and department managers.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all dealership operations.
Manage 6 figure ad budget via paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, streaming television, display, and programmatic advertising.
Plan, monitor, and optimize substantial monthly advertising budgets to maximize ROI and lower cost per sale.
Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Manage dealership website, ensuring inventory accuracy, landing page optimization, mobile performance, and conversion rate optimization.
Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and community engagement.
Monitor online reputation and implement review-generation strategies across all major platforms.
Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, lead sources, and sales attribution using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM reporting, and other marketing tools.
Collaborate with management and sales teams to develop promotions, seasonal campaigns, and inventory-specific marketing initiatives.
Manage relationships with website providers, digital vendors, advertising agencies, and third-party marketing partners.
Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, AI tools, and automotive advertising best practices.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution.

Required

5+ years of digital marketing experience.
Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership, dealership group, OEM, or automotive agency experience.
Expert knowledge of:
Google Ads
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Tag Manager
Meta Ads Manager
SEO and Local SEO
CRM reporting and lead attribution.
Strong understanding of website conversion optimization and lead generation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
Highly organized with exceptional project management skills.
