Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Assistant to join our dynamic Wellness Clinic. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, and handling any inquiries or issues that may arise. If you have a passion for the Wellness industry and are committed to delivering luxury service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Duties:

- Greet and check-in clients in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded.
- Provide information and make recommendations to guests regarding local attractions, amenities, and services.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring that it is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
- Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the front desk and overall Medspa experience.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Multilingual skills are a significant advantage.
- A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
