MJ Wholesale

MJ Wholesale is looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to help grow our wholesale business with smoke shops, dispensaries, retailers, distributors, and other industry accounts.

This is NOT an entry-level sales position.

We are looking for someone who already understands the smoke shop, dispensary supply, and wholesale industry—and most importantly, already has relationships with buyers, owners, purchasing managers, distributors, and other decision-makers.

We don't need someone who needs to learn the industry or figure out who to call.

We want someone who already knows the market, knows the buyers, and can start opening doors.

MJ Wholesale carries a large catalog of smoke shop supplies, dispensary supplies, packaging, rolling products, glass, vape hardware, accessories, custom packaging, and other wholesale products, giving our sales team multiple ways to open an account and continue growing it.

Great Pay + Uncapped Commission

We are willing to pay for the right salesperson.

This position offers competitive base compensation PLUS a strong commission structure with NO CAP on commissions or earnings.

The more business you bring in and the more accounts you grow, the more you make. There is no income ceiling.

If you already have industry relationships and know how to turn those relationships into purchase orders, this is an opportunity to build a very strong income.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop new wholesale accounts
Leverage your existing industry relationships to open new doors
Sell to smoke shops, dispensaries, retailers, distributors, processors, and other B2B customers
Maintain and grow existing MJ Wholesale accounts
Build relationships with owners, buyers, and purchasing managers
Make outbound sales calls and conduct in-person account visits
Introduce customers to new products and product categories
Present promotions, pricing, and wholesale opportunities
Follow up consistently and turn opportunities into purchase orders
Cross-sell additional product categories into existing accounts
Identify high-volume and multi-location opportunities
Reactivate previous and dormant customers
Continually grow your territory, customer base, and sales volume
Represent MJ Wholesale at trade shows, events, and industry meetings

What We're Looking For

3+ years of industry sales or account-management experience preferred
Experience selling to smoke shops, dispensaries, vape shops, retailers, distributors, or similar businesses strongly preferred
Existing relationships with industry buyers and decision-makers strongly preferred
Proven history of B2B sales and account development
Proven ability to open new wholesale accounts
Proven ability to grow existing customers
Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, visiting accounts, and asking for the sale
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Self-motivated and able to manage a sales territory
Able to build long-term customer relationships
Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory as needed

The Person We Want

We're looking for someone who has actually worked in this industry and has relationships to prove it.

If you've spent years selling to smoke shops, dispensaries, retailers, distributors, processors, or similar businesses and already have a contact list full of buyers and owners you can call, we want to talk to you.

We are especially interested in someone who already has an established network or book of business and can immediately begin introducing MJ Wholesale to those accounts.

If you're simply interested in the industry but don't have professional B2B sales experience, this probably isn't the right position.

We're looking for a closer who knows how to get in front of a buyer, earn the business, get the purchase order, and then continue growing the account.
