Full Job Description

Year Round Hotel Front Desk / Reservationist (Breeezway Boutique Hotel - The Hotel Maria @ Misquamicut Beach, RI)

Immediate openings for friendly, helpful, outgoing, and self- motivated customer focused professionals to join our team and serve our guests. Reservations, Guest Relations, Check in and Check Out are just a part of this multifaceted position.

Applicants interested in or with prior hospitality industry experience are preferred.

Majority of shifts are either 7a-3p or 3p-11p.

This is a year round position!

Positive, friendly, bright, mature applicants should e-mail their resume.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining accurate records.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Operate multi-line phone systems to address calls and relay messages efficiently.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality throughout all interactions.

Qualifications

Proven customer service skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
Experience in front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and managing guest inquiries
Knowledge of hospitality management principles
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus
Familiarity with night audit processes and guest relations best practices
