Minimum Qualifications
- Ages 18 and up
- Must be able to lift and move 5 - 30 lbs daily
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Must have reliable transportation
- Line Lead qualities or previous lead experience preferred but not required – we will train you!
- Vaccinated Against Covid-19 - Preferred

Role Summary & Responsibilities
We manufacture consumer products that have an annual high sales season. The position has seasonal fluctuations and role shifts from primarily production (during an annual low season) to primarily a line lead role (during a 3-6 month high season).
Line Lead Role Description
- Ensuring high/strict quality control standards are being met. Must be comfortable reviewing line employees’ work and providing immediate feedback. Must then be capable of monitoring employee to ensure improvement and ability to maintain standards.
- Monitor and recognize production slow downs and adjust accordingly. Must be comfortable telling line employees to speed up, move to another stations, etc.
- Alert Operations Manager and/or OPs Assistant to all issues (quality control, material shortages, temp employee (re)training needs, etc.)
- Monitor and restock assembly line with production materials
- Inventory materials and supplies. Accurate counting and computation skills are very important
- Complete daily production logs documenting work performed by self and assembly line
- Document employee training
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Follow and maintain established safety procedures
Production Role Description
- Working on assembly line with small components to assemble finished product
- Detailed & intricate embellishment work on small parts
- Conduct quality control checks on components, materials, packaging, and finished products
- Assembling boxes, filling with finished product, labelling boxes and palletizing
- Organizing supplies and incoming shipments
- Operate packaging machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Light housekeeping and general maintenance (e.g. sweeping, dusting, moping, waste/recycling, restrooms, etc.)
Compensation and Benefits
Wage commensurate with your previous experience, and learning curve. We are the ONLY company like this in the world, the learning curve, even for the most experienced person is 2 full Halloween seasons (January-November) to get familiar with the flow of the season, the product line, packaging methods, quality control measures, and other ongoing tasks.
- Hourly training rate $19.00 per hour.
- If hired on as Line Lead after training period, hourly rate is $20.00 - $21.00 per hour and includes:
