Full Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Telemarketer Sales Rep/Appointment Setters who thrives on connection, momentum, and results. This is a fast-paced outbound business development role where your ability to build instant rapport and bounce back quickly makes all the difference. If you love the phone, sales, hate sitting still, and want to grow in the mortgage industry, keep reading. All you have to do is set appointments, and you get paid for it!

What You'll Do

Make high-volume outbound calls to qualified homeowners
Open conversations quickly, build rapport, and identify interest
Set appointments or transfer warm prospects
Log calls and outcomes accurately in the CRM
Maintain compliance with calling regulations and company standards

You don't need a mortgage background; you need drive, discipline, and a natural ability to engage strangers over the phone. You'll work independently in a low-micromanagement environment, so ownership of your results is non-negotiable.

Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls day after day
Quick to build trust and keep conversations moving
Resilient; a "no" resets you, it doesn't stop you
Goal-driven and accountable without needing hand-holding
Previous telemarketing, call center, sales representatives, business development representatives, or mortgage experience is a plus (not required)

Requirements

Reliable transportation
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Dependable, punctual, and results-focused, professional

What We Offer

Stable full-time 40 hour a week schedule (no weekends)
Competitive base pay of $17 an hour plus commission of $200 per appointment that closes!!!! AND performance-based incentives. Commission in this position is uncapped.
